Aron graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2020 with a MA degree in Mental Health Counseling. He interned at the Zebra Coalition and gained experience in working with homeless and low-income LGBTQ+ youth and young adults facing significant trauma. He previously worked at a crisis hotline for individuals facing addiction, and did Guardian Advocate work for individuals admitted to inpatient mental health facilities. He has experience working with LGBTQ experiences, gender dysphoria, kink and BDSM, relationship building (including polyamory and non-monogamous relationships), mood disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety), and trauma.

Aron believes strongly in the importance of building a connection with each client, and providing individualized care depending on what goals you have for counseling. He works to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to feel comfortable with processing heavy emotions and trauma. Aron’s goal is to create an atmosphere of authenticity for better exploration and to provide guidance in the form of tools for coping and growth.

Aron is an LGBTQ-Affirming and Gender-Affirming practitioner. He has experience in helping clients cope with Gender Dysphoria and navigate the complicated process of transitioning, be it mentally, socially, or medically transitioning. He also has experience in writing letters for Hormone Replacement Therapy and Gender Confirmation Surgery. As someone who is a member of the transgender community, one of his goals is to reduce barriers to accessing gender affirming care, and therefore he offers letters at no cost and follows WPATH Standards of Care for informed consent.
