Pamela is a registered mental health counseling intern in the state of Florida. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She has specialized training in addiction treatment and in providing services to members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Pamela primarily works with clients who need help managing anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and relationship issues such as infidelity, divorce, and navigating consensual non-monogamy. She typically works with young adults and college students but has experience counseling a wide age range of adults, 18 to 65 years old. She is passionate about helping people live more fulfilling lives by exploring values, belief systems, and attachment patterns that influence their everyday decision making.
When she isn’t counseling, you can find Pamela in local coffee shops (likely with her face in a book). She loves music, learning to cook, and spending time with family.
