Gabriel Alvarez is a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Gabriel offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, Masters of Science in Nursing from South University-Georgia, and a post-graduate board certificate in Psychiatry from Regis College-Massachusetts. His clinical experience includes over 6 years of serving individuals in a community mental health setting. He has a true passion to help others, visits are not rushed and takes pride in delivering quality care to his patient's.
