If these things feel familiar, you might have some neurodivergence. The different ways our brains and bodies work can make it difficult to navigate life. 

Perhaps you have a child who has these experiences, or is really struggling in life and school, and you are unsure how to support them. You'd like guidance for yourself and/or your child.

As an Autistic, ADHD, cisgender, pansexual woman, I have lived experience with these same experiences. It's hard to live in a world where your brain works differently than most of the people around you. I have had the education and training to help others navigate these difficult waters, and I can help you rediscover who you are when you're not trying to fit in. 

I’ve been doing change work since 2012 and strongly believe in folks ability to heal themselves when given the space and support. I have a Masters in Social Work and am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida.

I have people I love in my life who are non-binary and transgender, and fiercely believe in their right to be who they truly are. I also believe that women’s rights are human rights.
