Hi, my name is Sara Edwards. Do you ever feel like you lose yourself in your relationships, career, and trials of life? I’ve been there and it took a few good therapists to help me regain my sense of self. Now, as a therapist myself, seeing my clients begin to feel empowered, hopeful, and confident is why I love my job. I’m currently a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University in the Clinical Mental Health Program. My favorite therapeutic approaches are Person-Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Most importantly, you and I will collaborate together to find what works best for you. I enjoy researching and learning new approaches to help those struggling with a variety of challenges, including codependency, trauma, and anxiety. Having been through the therapy process as a client, my hope is that you feel welcome, safe, and free to be yourself the minute you walk through the door for your session.
Outside of work, I’m raising two teenagers and a sassy Pomeranian with my husband. In my spare time, I love baking, listening to podcasts, yoga, and doing puzzles.
