When not at work I like to express myself creatively through dance and song. Some practices I use in sessions include cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy, mindfulness techniques, breathing and relaxation exercises, and focusing on any present problems at hand.
As a therapist my passion is learning about who you are as a unique individual and helping you manage obstacles in your life by finding the best regime that works for your journey. I am a big believer in proper mental health and personal well-being as the foundation to the healthiest self care. When we work together I plan to provide a comfortable and safe environment for you to speak your emotions and difficult feelings.
