Bryanna Imo, M.A., LMHC

About Me

Bryanna Imo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and neurodivergence. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and provides evidence-based, client-centered care.

Bryanna has a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD, including challenges such as executive dysfunction, rejection-sensitive dysphoria, and emotional regulation difficulties. For many neurodivergent individuals, navigating a world that was not designed for their brain can be exhausting. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child or an adult caught in a cycle of high achievement and chronic burnout, Bryanna provides a clinical space where you do not have to mask. Her work in this area focuses on reducing shame, increasing self-understanding, and building practical systems and coping strategies that align with how your brain actually functions.

In addition to neurodivergent-affirming care, Bryanna works extensively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, academic and work stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Many of her clients appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or self-critical internally. She recognizes that feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself does not require a specific diagnosis to deserve support.

Bryanna takes an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, she tailors the therapeutic process to fit your goals, strengths, and lived experience.

Through a supportive and insight-oriented process, clients strengthen emotional regulation, build confidence, improve relationships, and develop sustainable tools to navigate life with greater clarity and self-trust.
