Welcome! I’m Annie Wysong, a third-year master’s degree student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Stetson University. When working with clients, I aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can openly express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I know that seeking out counseling can be extremely daunting for some. Navigating areas of your life that may be creating strain is often uncomfortable and even unfamiliar. Working with me will feel very collaborative as I want to help uncover strengths, address challenges, and help guide you on a journey of self-exploration and personal growth.
My philosophy is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. As a former Division I athlete, my unique interests are centered on the world of sports and athletics. I am able to understand the demands of both physical and mental performance, which has given me valuable insight into the struggles one may face while striving for peak performance and balance. With great knowledge in stress management, personal development, and resilience-building, I am well-equipped to address a wide range of issues that may be plaguing your day-to-day life. When working together, I hope to empower, encourage and support you as you embark on your journey.
Let’s team up and do this together!
