Stephanie Simms is a graduate of Webster University’s Counselor program. She has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, with an additional concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Stephanie is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for the state of Florida and working toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Stephanie has always been passionate about helping others and guiding them towards healthy solutions. As a military veteran, she lived and traveled abroad, learned about others and gained a better understanding of the cultures around her. She understands the value of diversity and the need to feel, “whole” in order to accept and understand others.

Stephanie is a certified Trained Crisis Responder. Her experience includes crisis counseling, including those impacted by trauma, struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and self-esteem issues. Stephanie applies a variety of theoretical methods in her practice to best meet her clients' individual needs. She works with those clients to understand their behavior and learn positive coping skills for self-improvement. Stephanie’s passion is helping people understand themselves, which results in better interpersonal relationships with family members, friends, co-workers and the like.
