JC believes identifying and maximizing strengths is the key to healing as well as personal growth. Everyone has their own areas of resilience, but often will not realize it, or will underestimate their significance. These can be rooted in anything from one’s spiritual beliefs, personal accomplishments, even personal interests. His goal is to help you identify these sources of personal power and how to use them to your own benefit moving forward.
JC's approach is action-oriented and solution-focused. He first will learn about your personal philosophy, history, and goals. From there you will work together to identify proper actions as well as potential obstacles or challenges. Through communication and collaboration, you will pursue your goals as a team.
