Hi! My name is Angie, and my goal is to create a safe space for you to process your feelings and emotions free from judgement. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, lost, or confused, and feel like you could use some extra support. Having been in counseling myself, I understand the anxiety that comes along with finding the right counselor to trust and lean on. My hope is not only to get to know you, but to guide you in knowing, accepting, and loving yourself through different techniques and approaches. As someone who comes from a Spanish culture, I am also a native Spanish speaker, and love working with all kinds of cultures and backgrounds. I am a Student Intern at Palm Beach Atlantic University undergoing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received my bachelor’s from Salisbury University in Maryland, where I grew up. In my free time I love reading, listening to my podcasts, baking, and cuddling up on the couch with my two cats. I look forward to getting to know you and explore this next chapter of your mental health journey!
