Aaron received his B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Human Services from the University of Central Florida. From there, he continued at the University of Central Florida to pursue his Masters in Counselor Education on the Clinical Mental Health Counseling track. Aaron gained experience by working at the Community Counseling and Research Center at UCF working individually with adults and adolescents. Aaron is now the proud owner of Back to Balance Counseling, LLC.
Aaron naturally takes a humanistic approach to his integration work with clients, but he considers himself to be eclectic and adaptable overall, pulling something from many different therapeutic approaches (Person-Centered, Existential, and CBT). He recognizes that all clients are entirely unique, and that it will likely take flexibility on his end to help different individuals achieve all of what they can throughout their individualized integration process.
Aaron describes his own struggles in life as being the reasons he has made a career in integration such a driving force in his life. His passion for helping others has evolved into a purpose for him to fulfill within his own life. He believes that anyone can take something positive away from integration, regardless of their current obstacles or circumstances.
