If you have been the victim of narcissistic abuse, then you know how devastating it can be. You may feel like you are going crazy, like you are constantly walking on eggshells, and like you can never do anything right. This is because narcissists are masters of manipulation. They leave their victims feeling gaslighted, insecure, and needing to constantly second guess themselves. They make you feel like you are the one who is wrong, all while making themselves look like the innocent victim. If this has been your experience, then don't worry - you are not alone.

One solution to this problem is self-confidence. Education about narcissism can also be helpful, as it will give you a healthy understanding of the effects of narcissism on both individuals and relationships. There is help available for you. Here are some tips for beginning the healing process after narcissistic abuse.

  1. Reach out to a therapist or counselor who can help you process what you have been through.
  2. Join a support group for narcissism survivors. This will allow you to share your experiences with others who understand what you are going through.
  3. Read books and articles about narcissism and abuse. This will help you understand more about what happened to you and why it happened.
  4. Work on rebuilding your self-esteem. This may involve therapy, journaling, or other forms of self-care.

Healing from narcissistic abuse is possible. It will take time, effort, and patience, but it is definitely worth it. These tips can help you get started on the road to recovery.
