I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), evidence-based therapies that help individuals work through past traumas and develop healthier coping mechanisms. As a trauma-informed clinician, my approach aims to help clients address current concerns while guiding them to explore the deeper, root causes.
