About Me

My passion is meeting individuals exactly where they are and building a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, trust, and genuine connection. Much of my clinical approach is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Parts Work, modalities that honor the many internal experiences we carry and help us understand them with gentleness rather than judgment.

I am proud to be part of my Latinx community. As a bilingual therapist (Spanish-speaking), I am committed to making therapy both accessible and culturally responsive. I value the diverse backgrounds and stories clients bring into the room, and I work to cultivate an environment where every person feels welcomed and respected.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. My clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of concerns. I have worked extensively with clients navigating disordered-eating, OCD, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and adjustment-related concerns. These experiences have shaped my dedication to collaborative, person-centered care and reinforced the importance of meeting clients with patience, attunement, and authenticity.
