About Me

I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, and children navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, offering a supportive space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. Drawing on five years of experience in higher education, I bring strong advocacy skills and a genuine dedication to building authentic, supportive relationships with people from diverse communities. These are qualities I carry into my clinical practice.

I have experience supporting clients with addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and identity concerns. When working with children, I incorporate play and creativity to help them explore emotions, build resilience, and express themselves in empowering ways. My goal is to help each client strengthen their sense of self, deepen connections, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, cultivate resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
