My purpose is to make sure my clients leave me knowing not only how to survive but can enjoy life and master their mental illness. Whether it be the day-to-day stressors or loss of control of your mental illness, I want to give you your power back in a holistic matter. I am an individual, couples, and family counselor. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, the Gottman method, mindfulness, and multi-systemic therapy. With understanding, empathy, and compassion, I can help improve your communication to strengthen your relationships in all areas of your life.

I use Cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused counseling along with psycho-education to help you grow and thrive.
