Adena is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who earned her Master's degree from Stetson University with advanced studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Adena has experience working in a residential substance use facility, collaborating with an integrative care team to aid in achieving a holistic lens of care for her clients. Adena is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to help clients realize and achieve their goals.

As a counselor, Adena relies on building collaborative, supportive relationships with her clients. She uses humor and a person-centered empathetic lens in session, and vary her interventions based on specific needs. Adena works with many different clients, but specializes in relational issues, couples counseling, substance use, and anxiety and depression management.
